Randall is professional, communicative and thorough. Paffy's has done a wonderful job for me for many years. The annual plan provides year-round service and worthwhile savings. Wonderful customer service when you call them and the preventative and responsive pest protection is top-notch.

Josh came to our house to figure out our mouse problem. He set bait traps out and checked around our house outside for places they might be getting in. We still had concerns after his first visit and they gladly sent Josh out again. He did some more tracking inside our house and set some new bait traps. I’m glad to say I feel we are now mouse free!! I appreciated his determination in solving our mouse problem. Josh is amazing, he patiently answered all my questions and was so conscientious about not disturbing any of our things. Would highly recommend them.

Jake did an outstanding job. He was personable but focused on his work, respectful of our home, and informative. Most recently he was here for a follow-up and we saw only one or two pests since the primary visit. He properly identified suspected problem sources and we are confident at the next seasonal visit we won't see anything.

Skip came to our apartment for a wasp emergency call. Super reassuring through every step he did, as we had already been stung twice and previous pest control only made the problem worse. He even followed up with us over the phone hours later to make sure everything was still taken care of. Highly recommend this business!!
