Tried to charge $125 for an inspection for moles in my yard. Why would anyone pay for an inspection when they can see the problem? Is the person going to show up and be like "yup you got moles, $125 please." Crazy.

We have had a very serious rodent problem! I’ve used other companies, but the problem always continued. This company may be a little more expensive than other companies, but Carlos is extremely thorough and is committed to resolving the problem. He calls to check in with you, comes back as many times necessary until the problem is completely resolved! Carlos is also a very kind man. Jorge continues to come once a month to monitor and is very reliable and very polite. I would highly recommend this company!

Very incompetent office personnel. I work in dispatching and this office (meaning Iris) obviously does not know the basics of her job. Never using this company again and beware anyone else wanting to use them , their office personnel will call you to change the price of the service simply because Iris does not know how to search addresses when clients are calling to book appts. I am in escrow and the last date to have a termite inspection was tomorrow. This was relayed to Iris when this job was booked over the phone. After they called to change the price on me , I easily canceled the appt. and happily went to another company that was really easy to communicate with and got me an appt as soon as today (thank goodness for them!).

I tried to schedule an appointment with this company. I called on Wednesday and was given am 8am-10am window for Friday, but the person scheduling the appointment was unable to tell me the cost of the service (spraying indoors for a spider infestation). On Friday, after the technician did not show up I called to find out why, and the person answering the phone admitted he never actually booked the appointment and the earliest he could now schedule it was the following Monday (he tried to blame it on the technician never calling me with the price). And he still refused to tell me the price. I called a competitor (Terminix) and they were able to tell me the cost and schedule a same day appointment. I would advise you not to use Palm Springs Pest Control.

This is an great company! Stellar service by friendly ,professional service and office staff. Very accommodating and trustworthy. My home has been bugfree since I started with them, after having a bad experience with another company
