Jean is simply the best. Very professional and honest. The first time I called him was to get rid off a squirrel in the attic that my crazy tenant thought we had. Jean told me that there was nothing, but I asked him to please leave the cage just incase there was. He was very patient, professional, calm and did everything to make the tenant comfortable. Obviously there wasn't any squirrel. I kept his number just incase. I've called him for many other bug issues and he solved the issue right away. I recommend him to everyone, and everyone is very happy with his services.

This is important, for you know what to expect, and removes the nervousness that you as a.customer have at the possibility that the provider may upsell you. Jean keeps things honest from the start. I called and explained to him our issue, and all the steps we had unsuccessfully taken to deal with it on our own. He assured me that he would resolve our issue. And boy did he deliver. He came in and treated the problem with the care, attention to detail, and professional attitude that you rarely see nowadays. He was like the terminator, and he resolved our issue spectacularly. We used Pathway to help with mice in our apartment. Jean was very professional and did a great job. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time and did a walk thru before hand to make sure that he would have enough products for the job. He made sure that the poison was well hidden so my young son could not touch it. He followed up a few days later as well. A month later we needed his services again for a squirrel problem in our attic. He set a trap and was successful in catching the squirrel and resolving the problem. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional service with reasonable pricing and exceptional customer service.
