This is the second time in two years, almost to the day, that I used Patriot to come rid my yard of a Bald Faced Hornets nest. Each time has been pleasant, entertaining, and educational. This year Logan answered all of my rapid fire questions and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He sprayed the nest in the rain and came back a couple days later to get the huge creepy thing out of the tree. The pictures posted do not capture the full size of it. I took them to try and determine what was in it without getting too close. 😁 I highly recommend this company and their staff. I will call them again with any future needs. I hope not to have bald faced hornets again though, if I am being honest.

I discovered a yellow jacket nest on Wednesday and Logan was in his bee outfit climbing a ladder on Thursday. I received a text reminder of appointment and another confirmation of payment. Logan was on time, professional and respectful of property. Great hometown company. I will definitely use Patriot Pest control in the future.

From the moment Patriot called me back(they must have been on another line and captured my number and called me back within minutes) to setting up appointment(they were able to schedule same day) to explaining the process and be able to perform same day, each person was friendly, courteous and informative. It was the same respectful attitude when Devan arrived at scheduled time. We have used Patriot for about 5 years and not only a pleasure to work with, but we have no problems until the yellow jackets try to take over our house the next year.
