Patriot Pest Solutions did a great job with taking care of our yellow jacket situation. They provide great knowledge and experience. Customer service experience is fantastic. Quin, who works in the office, was very helpful and had more knowledge than a competitor that I called. Nate, the technician who came to my home, was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything so that I understand the depth of the issue, what we could expect after service, and made sure we felt comfortable with the outcome. He did a wonderful job performing the service. I would highly recommend Patriot Pest Solutions to anyone who needs service.

Great experience all around. The office staff was very friendly and returned my call very quickly. They got me on the schedule the next day. The technician, Ryan, showed up on time. He was very professional and friendly. He was able to address my concerns and answered my questions and put my mind at ease. He didn't try to sell me on anything we didn't need. From start to finish Patriot Pest Solutions LLC was extremely helpful to my family. Lynda was very courteous and answered the phone promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Ryan was out at our home the next day and diagnosed the situation and determined we have mice in our attic (gross). Dylan, the technician was here promptly for the scheduled service call and walked around the house and explained what he was doing along the way. I have worked with a few different pest control companies at different apartment communities in the past, and no matter what, I always end up switching to Patriot! We specifically always request James J. to be our tech. James and I have worked together for a few years now and he is AMAZING! All of their service techs are good, but everyone at the property is always a little sad when we find out that James is not coming because he’s off. No more days off for James! Haha! We recommend James over and over!

My family and I have been using them ever since we moved into the Lansdale area and all I can say is they are amazing!! Anytime I have issue they are right on the ball and so professional. Patriot Pest Solutions is the best! They provide outstanding service, from Lynda on their staff being attentive and responsive to my needs, to Eric their wildlife tech kindly and efficiently fixing my bird problem. He even shared some additional steps I can take myself to secure other parts of my exterior from pests. They stand by their work and take care of their customers. Really great company and really nice, helpful people. 10/10 recommend across the board!

Everything but price is great about Patriot. Scheduling an appointment was easy — the woman I spoke to was not only professional but knowledgeable about bee and wasp nests and consulted me over the phone. The tech who came out was professional, down to earth, and knowledgeable as well. However, he was in and out in 15-20 minutes and although did a fantastic job killing all bees and nests permanently without coming back, $200+ for this felt like a bit much. I could see $125-150 being reasonable, but when I called around to other places, the $200+ that I paid was actually the lowest, so we ultimately got the best deal. Just personal opinion that the $200+ felt like a lot for such a short job.

I have used Patriot multiple times through out the years and they are always professional and do great work. Scheduling with Quinn is easy. I recently had Eric out to remove some flying squirrels from my attic. He did a great job explaining the process to me and even came out for an emergency visit when one of the little guys escaped into my house. He found the entry points and got everything sealed up and I’m happy to say my attic is now squirrel free. Would highly recommend Patriot to anyone looking for a reputable local pest service.

First time using Patriot and wow, exceptional experience. Josh came by for our scheduled appointment and did an excellent job of treating our property for ants & mice. We noted a number of yellowjackets in the house and he said a separate team would be by. It was coincidence, a fortunate one for us, Eric and Adam showed up as they were leaving another job. Bees addressed as well. Respectful, on time, professional and efficient. AMAZING.

Ryan just left from doing an inspection at my home where we saw evidence of termite damage in the wall. Another company had wanted me to cave to thousands of dollars in treatments, but Ryan was very honest, he explained everything he was looking for and what I should be looking for and didn't take a single penny from me. Honesty and Integrity are so hard to come by these days and this experience has given me some hope back in humanity. James performed a free inspection at our house today, as we were concerned that we might have a termite infestation due to sawdust in our shed and insect larvae in our garage. He arrived promptly as scheduled, listened to my concerns, inspected the shed and garage, and concluded that this was not termite activity. We were quite relieved and glad we don’t have termites attacking our house! But if we ever do have termites or any other pest problem we will certainly call Patriot! In fact, I was so impressed by James’s timeliness, thoroughness, friendliness and professionalism that I sent him a Wawa gift card to thank him!

Thought we had a bed bug problem. They came out and did a thorough inspection and found nothing. Very honest and thorough! No other company would even show up to evaluate but quickly offered to send a technician to treat. The inspection was thorough, the estimator explained everything, and witnessed how a true professional extermination company operates! Would recommend to everyone.

Had a bed bug infestation . Paid over 2k for a reputable exterminator to do chemical and steam treatment. After 3 treatments I still had bed bugs in my bedroom and family room . Called Patriot and they sent James out for a free consultation and he recommended full room heat treatment for four rooms. Chris came out to do the deed and was easy to communicate with and very confident this would take care of these damn bugs. He was very professional and communicated what he was doing. So far 1 week later no bugs. Definitely recommend Patriot
