Cam did an excellent job. He went over everything he was going to do and why it was being done. When finished he went over everything that was done and what he found while doing it. While he was up on the front porch roof he cleaned off the fallen branches. Much appreciated. Will definitely call again for any pest control issues in the future.

Brian and his team came and treated our yard for Yellowjackets today. Very knowledgeable and professional with good people skills. As dug in as the nest was they found it and treated it. Highly recommend these folks. Great job.

We have a recurring treatment plan with Pest End but yesterday, Ian came out to complete a home inspection per our request. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and provided us with a thorough inspection of our problem areas. He talked through recommendations and suggestions we could make to improve the overall protection in our basement area. You could tell Ian was kind, caring and passionate about his work. He took the time to walk through our home inside and out to make sure nothing was missed. Thank you Ian, for putting our minds at ease and helping us so diligently!

I had absolutely amazing experience with Pest-End for my Bat issue. From the folks at the office all the way to Justin and his team Shawn and Isaac who preformed the work. Brandon was the first professional, with resounding knowledge I have serviced my property. I have had a termite issues that I have been telling the company about for years, Brandon was the first of many technicians to actually crawl under my deck to look for and address my concerns only to confirm my suspicions. There are LIVE termites that have chewed through my deck causing boards to be lifted and a railing to completely fall off. Had anyone else in this company actually listened to me my deck would not need replacing and termite damage would never have happened! Thank you BRANDON for doing YOUR job with such diligence and dedication! You deserve a raise.

Cameron came by and helped us out with a hornets nest that seemed to show up out of nowhere. He was extremely professional and thorough and also explained the reasoning behind each step he took before he want ahead with it. It was nice to feel educated on the process and also trust the technician new what he was doing. Not only that, but when I spoke with Dan on the phone to initially schedule, he was a very attentive listener and answered every question I had in detail. They were able to come out almost immediately and deal with our issue and it has already subsided. I would definitely recommend Pest-End if you're looking for a pest control place.

Highly recommend. All was processed on time. Work was done professionally. Cost was lower than its competitors. The gentleman who came and all office staff over the phone were polite and sincere. The most impressive thing was that, when I inquired of work completion, the manager, Shawn, "visited" my house to check and make sure if everything was performed correctly. Awesome! 👍🏻

Kim K was our tech for initial setup. He was so awesome! Super nice guy, he knows his stuff and was great about the kids. Filled us in on everything he was doing and listened to our concerns. Did a great job, went through before an after pictures. Called me kiddo which made me feel young which I needed because I just had a birthday lol. Great first experience!

Derek was friendly and knowledgeable, he explained everything he did today and how quickly we should see results. Upon arrival I asked if he’d like me to keep my dogs in a separate room, he was happy to let them come sniff him before entering the house. Derek was very thorough, professional and helpful.

Kyle was friendly, professional and courteous. I don’t always get to review the techs because it’s usually an outdoor service and I might not see them, but this time Kyle had to check the basement for activity. He reset seven bait stations in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with today’s service. Great job!

Pest-end just serviced my garage area. George showed up on time, he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked fast and issued me a comprehensive inspection report including pictures immediately after his service. Overall very easy and pleasant experience.

Once again Kyle visited for his monthly follow-up inspection, related to our service contract. As usual Kyle is polite, humble and knowledgeable of his field of work. We appreciate that he is very thorough, listens to our concerns and offers real-time solutions. He also does complete reporting which documents his visits and findings. Great employee-Great service.

Over the past five weeks, Nikhole S. from Pest End has come by several times to help with a mice problem in our basement and attic, and she has been absolutely wonderful to work with. From the first visit, Nikhole was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly thorough. She carefully inspected every area, explained what she was doing, and offered helpful tips on how we could keep the problem from returning. She even took the time to educate us on preventive steps we could take ourselves — something I really appreciated. She’s detailed, kind, and genuinely cares about her work and her customers. Each visit felt productive and reassuring, and we could tell she truly wanted to make sure the issue was fully resolved. You can tell she is good people with how much my dog loves her - she even followed her up to attic which she has never done! If you’re dealing with any pest problems, I highly recommend asking for Nikhole — she’s the kind of employee every company should be proud to have!

They’ve addressed problems with hornets nests in walls and hanging off trees, and also a vermin infestation because I have chickens and they were able to address problems with eradicating all that. I have them on An annual maintenance contract so they keep an eye on everything and can address problems before they get out of hand. I recommend them without any hesitation. They are good.
