We’ve been using them for the past four years and have been very happy. When we bought our house, there was a mouse problem in the basement that Mike quickly solved. Mike is incredibly reliable and knowledgeable and we appreciate that we’ve had the same POC for the past 4 years. He always takes the time to walk us through the work he is doing and proactively investigates any potential issues. It’s clear he genuinely cares about providing a safe and pest-free home. Our dog also loves him :)

We have been using PMSI for 12 years and have always had fantastic service. The technicians who come out and more than helpful and responsive. Megan has been wonderful in keeping our home fires of mice and snakes and today, freeing our attic of wasps! I can’t recommend PMSI enough!

We have had the best experience with PMSI. We had an issue with mice that another pest company was unable to resolve even after frequent attempts and visits for over a year. PMSI was able to eliminate our issue completely!! Mike has been so awesome in giving me peace of mind - he is able to easily identify so many insects and give me all the information I'm looking for whenever I'm concerned. We have been a customer of PMSI for more than 20 years and have always been delighted with the service we receive from Mike, our tech. . Today they outdid themselves! I called this morning for help and by 3PM they were here. Mike bravely dawned protective gear and took down a large hornets nest for us. Thanks Mike!
