I was very impressed with Dana. She showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about termites. She was very thorough in her inspection, and did a good job explaining the various treatment options and how they work. I will be reviewing their treatment proposal shortly.

I had an inspection scheduled between 9 and 11am. Dana, my inspector/technician, showed up promptly at 9 and made an assessment of the damaged area in our high ceiling (turned out to be drywood termites). She said she would treat it if she had a tall ladder. Luckily we owned one! She was able to do the spot treatment within 15 minutes and gave me a 30 day warranty. Dana was nice, punctual, and professional. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service!

My technician RESHAD QUDOOS was very friendly and explained my service to me. He was very attentive and addressed my areas of concerns. I was very pleased with the service I received.

The roof looks good. BUT. They left broken glass all over my rental's yard overnight. Never installed the lights/fan back on the back porch. Broke water line to the water heater and took 3 weeks to send someone to fix it. I had to threaten their tech Frank with a trespass to actually show up. Frank also replaced the water heater chimney vent. Because he left without a chimney vent for a month. See pics. Likely the 5 star gushers here are fake. They put all the items I had on the deck into the yard and it got rained on and nothing was said. They did not cover the garage with plastic. Black dust all over everything in the garage.
