So far so good only the first day and they caught the two rats I saw in my garage! Ed and Ruben are both so nice and pleasant to work with. When I requested them to come back the same day to get the deceased pest they were very quick!! Very attentive and Marissa in the office as well is just as nice and helpful

I originally gave this a 5 star review, but needed to make an adjustment after their second visit. I want to start off that the tech, Ed, provided great customer service and professionalism. This review is due to scheduling. The treatment I received required two separate treatments, two weeks apart. The staff members I spoke to were very professional and helpful and made scheduling easy. I scheduled for a noon appointment. On the day of the first treatment I received a message that the tech was on his way about an hour and a half prior to the scheduled time. I was not notified prior to this and as the treatment was taking place at my parent’s house, I had to rush over to pick up my handicapped mother to get her out of the house. This was particularly difficult because I have a newborn and needed to rush to get her changed and fed as I had not planned to leave at this time. This caused Ed to have to wait until I arrived. Again, he was great and professional. The second time I scheduled for a 12-2 time slot and received both a text and email confirmation. At 5pm the day prior to the treatment, I received a text message saying that my appointment time was confirmed for 9-11 am. Again, this was done without my consent or prior notice. I requested to keep my already scheduled time and was denied, even though I already had received the confirmation. Fine, whatever I accepted the 9-11 time slot and planned to arrive at my parents’s house at 9. At 7:41 am, I received a text saying that Ed was on his way and would be there shortly. Again, I had to rush to go pick up my handicapped mother and since I had no time to change and feed my baby( who was not even awake yet), I had to leave her at home with her dad who was in turn late to work. Again, Ed was very apologetic and professional, and waited for me to arrive. I hope I don’t have a need for pest control services in the near future, but if I do, I don’t think I will be using Pest Tech Ready.

Ed is wonderful! We have a less than pleasant situation with rodents finding their way in our full garage. Ed made us feel more comfortable with this uneasy situation and is treating the situation with a confident solution. Bonus He’s really a nice person. Thanks Ed!!!

I’m fairly certain the positive reviews are fake or they have negative reviews removed. I had a rodent infestation in my apartment for 2 years because of this company. My property management company hired them and they did not even do the bare minimum. There was a clear rodent entry point in a foundation vent on the outside of the building. Instead of spending 5-10 minutes looking for entry points, they emailed my property manager blaming me, the tenant, saying I must be leaving the door open to let the rats in. I sued my landlord and found out about this in court. I hired another pest control company myself and they identified the entry point right away. Either their pest control technicians are incredibly lazy, incompetent people or the whole company is a scam that purposely doesn't fix the problem so they can come back and charge you more money. I regret not naming them in the lawsuit against my property management company. Edit: this was not 2 years ago, this was recent. We had an ongoing rodent problem for over 2 years, from 2023-2025. I am not defaming you, your technicians are bad at their job, period.
