Have been on continuous service with Pest-X for a couple years now, but them coming through today big-time made me realize I finally needed to write a review. I forgot to confirm an appointment for a new issue and they came through and got someone out same-day when it really mattered and schedules were tight. Can’t recommend them enough. Rich came out today and I’ve worked with him a few times now - can’t give him enough positive feedback.

Rich was Awesome! He called ahead of time and provided me with his ETA. Once he arrived he asked questions and then proceeded to do a thorough and great job I would highly recommend Pest-X because of Rich's great job & he deserves more than the incentive amount because his friendliness and knowledge is an asset for the company!

I've had them for quite a while now (several years now I think) to help me make sure I never have to deal with termites and to help keep my house bug-free. I've never had issues with pests in my home, and the single time I saw ants (quite a long time ago), their response was immediate. Their techs are very knowledgeable, and my current tech (Rich) is also very professional and provides great service and I appreciate that he cares about my pets health and well-being by making sure to let me know how long I should wait before I let them out.

Sean was such a nice guy! He explained everything he was doing and let me know what to expect once the product was put out (like expect more ant activity at first then it will lessen). He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the product and the ants we were dealing with. This was my first time dealing with Pest X and I’m so glad my neighbor recommended them and that I chose them!! Highly recommend!
