Ryan and Teresa were amazing during this project. Ryan was friendly and informative with answers to any questions and safety concerns we had. Teresa did the inspection prior to tenting and approached the inspection with compassion and attention to detail. Job site was clean, and left in the same condition as before the job. The process for payment and job timeline details were a little unorganized but I do have high expectations. Overall I would recommend and choose this company for all my pest control issues. They have a great warranty as well which can be renewed annually.

Great experience. The scheduler, Alison, was on top of the game and kept me up to date with constant communication. The technician ,virgil, was professional and did a great job. If this wasn't a move out treatment, I'd definitely hire this company as my full time pest control service.

Pestgaurd has done an amazing job for me for the past 4 years. They originally came out the first time I called them when I realized I had termites. They came to my home and did an inspection to identify which type of termites.I had. They then tented my home, and I have had not one termite or issue since. That was over four years ago. I now pay a very reasonable price for a lifetime transferable warranty. A yearly termite inspection is included in the warranty, and treatment or a retenting is all done for free if they find any more signs of termites. But they did such a good job that hasn't happened! My thanks to Pestgaurd!!!

I had the termite fumigation service. First the good things: The price was less than a popular local business. Communication was good, I was sent updated email alerts about the ongoing process. The sales rep (Carl) was likeable and pleasant to work with. For the not-so-good: There was damage done to my brand-new ( less than 2 months) eaves trough (several dents in several spots) above my lanai. The tent was up for 2 days instead of one, which we don't know why. The odor was still very strong after they "cleared" it so I stayed an extra day at a hotel and even after that it was still strong. My fish died. I was told that the fumes wouldn't kill them so I didn't have to remove them but after the fumigation I was told it was probably the heat that killed them. My toilet was full, looked like it had been used 5-6 times without flushing. Fortunately it looked like urine only. All in all, I'm glad I had it done and the process is over and I trust that all the termites are dead.
