Eric was punctual, efficient, kind, and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and spent the extra time to look at couple of areas of concern to recommend the most cost effective option. I even ran out to his truck when he was taking off because I remembered something I wanted to ask him and he happily turned his truck off and came back inside with me to take a look. It was great to meet Eric and I’m grateful for his help. There is also someone else that was super nice and helpful that came out a couple weeks before, I think his name is Logan? I’m not sure, and I feel bad that I can’t remember his name, but he was also really cool. Thank you both!

Torres I was very punctual and very pleasant. He announced his arrival asked questions about any recent activity. He did his inspections and advised us of recommendations to add bait stations. Seems like a great kid that knows his job.

Phoenix Pest & termite Control is great! They come out on a monthly basis and that is enough to keep all the bugs away. They make the process super easy. I have a busy schedule and can just leave the gate unlocked and they come by and take care of everything

Had my house serviced today and my technician was new (to me). Vaughn was very personable, courteous, considerate and easy to speak with. I was really prepared to cancel my services before this service appointment due to continue frustrations with communications and delivery, but I figured I would give this company one more shot. Effren surely turned that direction around after his service. He listened to my concerns and truly delivered what he said he would do. I only removed a star because he did not inform me that he was leaving and left the garage open (I was home, but there is an outdoor keypad to close the garage. I would have liked him to let me know he was leaving and a summary of what he did around my property to address my concerns.

Kyle took care of our service today. Our monthly pest control. In addition, we added mosquito and fly service. He was very thorough and did a great job of communicating what he was doing and where he was doing. We are hopeful that his services will really work out

My rating is for Odie my technician. Odie is very helpful and shows a value for great customer service. I am a customer of one of the companies that were bought by Phoenix Pest and have not been happy with some things that occurred since the buy out. However Odie may have saved my business for the company. I was already researching other companies but I appreciate her customer service focus and decided to give them another chance.
