Rob did an excellent job. The communication was superior. I know I can always trust Plunkett’s to take care of my rodent infestations. I bought the three visit plan as I normally do each year and I thought it was reasonably priced.

The man was on time, efficient, and professional. He explained everything he was doing and reported his findings. He was polite and careful with my property. We had an issue with mice but have had no recent problems since engaging Plunkett's.

The dispatchers are rude! I've called twice to get service and both times the dispatchers were argumentative & would not listen. It was like Fort Knox to try to get service from them. I found out we have had issues with this in the past. I was told we had to switch to online ordering of service to resolve the problem. This service was for an exterior condo pest issue & I was an actual board member calling for service. At our next board meeting I will be suggesting that we look for a different company to work with & discontinue services.

Mitch from Plunkett’s continues to exceed expectations every time he visits. He’s prompt, thorough, and always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why it matters. Since he’s taken over our service, we’ve had zero pest issues, which is a big deal in this line of work. Even better, he’s earned the trust of our whole family. Just today, my 3-year-old daughter said, “I like Mitch the bug guy — he’s so friendly!” When your pest control guy gets compliments from a toddler, you know he’s doing something right. We’re lucky to have Mitch on our team. Highly recommended!
