Had mice in my house for the first time in 10+ years. Found the entry point and set up traps and bait stations resulting in immediate disappearance of the mice. Live in a wooded area and between indoor and outdoor traps and bait stations have taken care of mouse issue. Very responsive to calls and great service people!

I've been having issues the past three weeks with yellow jackets making nests by my shed and crack by my lower basement door. Jason came. Easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. I've had this company in the past get rid of other pests and I have been very pleased with their services they provide. This is my second time calling them and will continue calling them if I need to. I'm happy and very very satisfied. When I called, they scheduled to come here and it was quick. Jason also called before he comes letting you know he is on his way. I liked that a lot. Jason did a great job! Thank you again!!!

Rick did an excellent job with finding and treating an active wasp nest and also further finding old nests and treated all of the areas of the house and lawn that were needed for prevention. He also went above and beyond and treated the ants I have been trying to bait on my own. I really appreciate this great service that Plunketts provided! I was able to get taken care of within 2 days of me calling to ask for a quote. And it was the most reasonable pricing. Thanks very much Plunketts!

I had several accounts on both my personal residence and rental properties, and have had a very poor experience with Plunketts. My service technician (Justin S.) does as little work as possible, actively avoids going inside of houses to check traps, and when an issue is brought to his attention, he isn't equipped with the skills or training to handle it, and doesn't seem to want to help. Due to this poor service experience, I recently canceled all of my accounts with Plunkett's. When I reached out to my rep (Justin S.) about being refunded a prorated amount based on how much I pre-paid, he was unable to help me and told me to contact the billing department. He did state that I wouldn't get any refunds, which was at odds with his previous statements, as I had prepaid on several accounts. There are plenty of pest control services available, and I would advise you to choose one other than Plunkett's. My experience with this company has been terrible.

Stephen notified us several days in advance of when he would be here and he did a nice job of spraying our home and out-building for fall invader insects. The treatment helps a great deal to keep box elder bugs and Asian ladybugs out of our home.
