Arlo went above and beyond with our quarterly treatment today! He was punctual, professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect our home. He made sure to address all our concerns and even checked a few extra areas around the house just to be safe. I love seeing the same person each time they come to do my scheduled service. It makes me feel like a friend is coming by. Mike is always polite and very communicative regarding arrival time, etc.. If even if I don't happen to be home, I know I can trust his work each and every time.

Joshua was very courteous and professional. He explained thoroughly to us what he would do for our service and was very flexible when we asked him to forgo one thing he was planning on doing. Great job!

Great experience with Pointe Pest. Have been a customer for about a year and have had nothing but positive experiences. Jacob, in particular, is great. Does a great job and is always very polite and courteous. Two thumbs up!!

Sam did an excellent job with my pest control today! He was professional, thorough, and went the extra mile by coming inside to take care of the boxelder bugs that had started getting in through my window.
