I called with an ant issue. The tech (Dan) came and rang the doorbell introduced himself and I showed him the problem area. I had a small anthill in front of my house. Dan laid down the ant bait, to my surprise he came back rang my doorbell and showed me pictures of the ants actually carrying away the bait. Fantastic service provided by Dan. I’ve been a Pointe customer this going on my second year. I also have their mosquito service. The techs are always pleasant, they will ring the doorbell and ask for any problem areas. They don’t just rush in and leave. Highly recommend Pointe pest services!

I have always had a fantastic experience with Pointe Pest Control. Their responsiveness and overall attentiveness has been truly appreciated over the last three years of becoming a client of theirs. Recently, the technician who came out was Sage and he was professional, informative, and very thorough in addressing the concern about of an emerging little insect that I noticed around my garden. The best aspect about this company that I do truly appreciate is even with your routine maintenance if there are any issues that you see or something new and emerging outside of those regular appointments, a technician will still come and address those concerns and help mitigate whatever the issue is at no extra charge.

We had a great experience with Point Pest Control thanks to our technician, Jonathan. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. Jonathan took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the treatment plan. He was thorough with his inspection and made sure to address all the areas of concern. We really appreciated his friendly attitude and attention to detail. Eddie was a great technician who certainly takes pride in how he does his treatments. Very pleasant and knowledgeable guy. Overall happy with communication witu staff from first contact, to the end of the first visit.

We’ve been living with moths for 6 months and there has been no special treatment or plan to eliminate them. The same thing happened when we had mice - we worked with the company until we got frustrated with no results and had to call in and pay another expert. We often have a different serviceman on visits so no one truly knows our home and issues. This last service call, the worker left without dewebbing outside and there are nests of spiders everywhere. Unfortunately I’m not sure what we are paying for. Extremely disappointed after years of the same service.

Tom inspected our mattresses to rule out bedbugs. He was very thorough and explained what he was looking for as he worked. He gave us a lot of information about those insects and other pests. He called ahead and was on time. We did not have bedbugs, and there was no charge for the inspection. Given a very positive experience with Tom, we will Pointe Inspection in the future, if the need arises.

Jonathan and the whole crew at Pointe Pest Control have always been great. I’ve had them for 4 years now and they come out every three months, if I ever see activity in between they will come back out at no extra charge and do a thorough job. I get the inside and outside of my property done. I recommend them 100%.

Our tech, Kevin, is always super nice, attentive, and helpful. He always asks if we have any issues & offers advice if asked as well as telling me what the service call entails. Great service and most importantly- it works! Highly recommend Pointe pest Control!

Just started Pointe Pest Control and my first impression is great! Took the time for a through inspection and explanation on findings and what he was doing. Jamian was awesome and really appreciated his customer service.

Sage did an excellent job. He’s comprehensive, polite, quick and very knowledgeable. He even went into my insulation to try to find the rodent entry point in my crawl space. I’m very pleased with the service I’ve received from Pointe.

Pointe pest control is great with letting me know when appointments are being scheduled, giving me plenty of time to respond if adjustments need to be made. Joshua went above and beyond, taking care of an issue that I request after he arrived. He was professional and friendly!
