    Positive Pest Management is fantastic!!! They are experts in the industry, very responsive, and provide quick and efficient service. Benny has an abundance of knowledge and experience. He conducted an in-depth inspection of my apartment and provided a detailed plan with pictures. Benny is a skilled communicator and very professional. He took time to answer all my many questions in a way that I could understand. He was able to work effectively with my handyman and contractor to find solutions for my unique needs. I am very grateful!!!

    Bennet, the owner, personally called me at 8:30 pm at night when I was looking for an emergent exterminator. He spent over 10 minutes giving me advice on what to do when my building’s exterminators come to our apartment. I will absolutely be booking his services and recommend his company to all!

    Wilton is the best! Always thorough and today he found hole in my bathroom which allowed a roach to get into my apartment (but it ended up caught in a trap he put down last visit). He also plugged the hole with foam. Thank goodness because I did not want to do it!

    Ben was fantastic. He calmly explained the issues, found additional issues we were not aware of, treated them, took extra care given that we have small children, documented all the issues, and answered many questions. Truly excellent, reassured us greatly, would 100% recommend.

    The communication between myself and positive pest management was thorough and easy. Wilton treated the moth problem in our apartment , he was professional and friendly. I hope after all this the moth problem we have is completely taken care of.

    Can’t say enough about this. Instead of coming out and charging us a fee, he gave me a few quick tips over the phone to help seal up our home, and only if those tips didn’t help would he need to come out and look into things. Very much appreciated. Thanks again.

    Got back from a vacation a few nights ago and had mice in my apartment. Called Positive Pest Mamagement and they were fantastic. Ben was knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed the problem and the mice are gone. Would highly recommend these guys!

    After recently discovering flea bites on our dog, I reached out inquiring about a consultation to identify any potential flea issue in our apartment. After calling and leaving my details, the owner (Ben) personally reached out for more details within 2 hours. Ben provided quick and comprehensive responses for all of my questions related to diagnosing a potential issue, including practical tests to perform, their expected duration, heuristics around the current season/climate to estimate the effect on lifecycle timing, and preventative measures we can take right now, before an infestation develops. I appreciated all of his valuable time and insight, and if an issue develops, I feel that Ben and Positive Pest Management have earned my trust and future business.

    Positive pest control was great from beginning to end. I had an enormous hornets nest in my front yard. They responded right away and even offered to come by same day. Shawn was so reassuring about the process and even taught me some things. The price was right and the customer service was better. 10/10.

    I highly recommend using Positive Pest Management! We had a sudden mouse issue in our apartment and were completely freaked out. Positive Pest was able to come within 24 hours of our call, which was such a relief. Ben, the specialist, was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to inspect every corner of the apartment, seal potential entry points, and explain exactly what we needed to do to prevent future problems. He even checked for any mice that might still be hiding inside and gave us multiple traps just incase we saw one again. We felt so much better after his visit and have not seen any mice since!

    I’ll start my review by stating the Positive Pest Management Team was very nice and professional. When scheduling and hearing of my concerns, Leah was very friendly and understanding of my frustrations. However, I have to say I am thoroughly disappointed with the work that was performed. I scheduled a visit with Positive Pest Management to handle a mouse issue. The exterminator came, checked for holes and applied expanding foam in specific areas. After a mouse came through one of the bedroom holes where foam was sprayed the exterminator came back to refill the hole which was poorly completed. This encounter represented the biggest issue I had with their service. When I told the exterminator I watched a mouse come through the hole and into our bedroom, he proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t possible and I must have dreamt it. This was incredibly insulting. A separate provider indicated a mouse very well could have entered through the hole. I also watched it come in! Below are a list of the various issues with their service. 1. We have a small patio area and I asked the exterminator if they should review the outside area. The exterminator indicated he didn’t need to look outside. A separate contractor did take a look outside and found holes that mice could get through. 2. Glaring holes were missed throughout the apartment. See the pictures below. They only claim to fix holes around pipes as they indicate a contractor is needed for other holes, however they should still be able to identify them. Additionally, there were 2 specific holes around pipes which were clearly missed. This is a service they clearly state they will address. 3. Exterminator indicated there were no droppings behind our oven. A second opinion indicated there were and the mouse in question ended up nesting in our oven. Overall, very disappointed with their service especially given their high rating. If I’m paying $450, I expect a thorough review of the unit. I understand that you can’t catch everything but a separate provider was able to find the holes where mice were entering our unit

    There was a huge rat in my kitchen, stuck on a sticky trap and trying to excape.. Bennett from Positive Pest Management was extremely helpful, knowledgeable at his job, and gave me some very helpful information. I now feel safe to go back into my kitchen after 4 days. Thank you Bennett.
