We started working with Mr. Royal last year. He recommends a soil testing and has the stuff handy for you to get one. When the results are in, he gives you a "plan" for your yard. He's very knowledgeable and helpful and doesn't try to SELL you stuff for the sake of the sale.

So glad I found this place. I've been ripped off for 6 years from Evergreen Turf Solutions and this place has all you need to have a great looking lawn. The owner is honest and won't push you to buy stuff you don't need. He recommended a soil sample to see how bad Evergreen Turf screwed up my yard. He also recommended ant control that will last for years and also treats and controls termites. So glad I found this place. These lawn treatment companies are terrible and this place provides a treatment plan specific for your type of grass and they sell commercial grade products that these lawn treatment companies use every day. Avoid Evergreen Turf Solutions at all cost. They will always blame the weather and you when the facts is. They don't really care about your grass. They just want your money. Take back your yard with pro pest and lawn store.

The owner was very knowledgeable about the products. But what I loved is he did not attempt to sell me anything I did not need showed me a few things i told him my problem he suggested something and told me how to use it how often to follow up and what to expect AWESOME..... I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER
