The service tech, Sam, was a very personable and attentive guy. Service was completed quickly and efficiently. Since it just happened yesterday, I don't know what the bugs will do, but we'll see! The company was easy to communicate with and very responsive at a competitive price. I appreciated that there was no real pressure to sign up for a "program".

Prompt Action is fantastic! I used their services for bat removal and for carpenter ants. All of the people who came and those who handled scheduling on the phone were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I may have missed someone but shout outs go to Chris, Scott, Christine and Jessica! Was at a Kwik Trip and had something stuck in my fuel line preventing the filler nozzle from going in. Asked the guy next to me if he had a needle nose pliers. He said "No but I can give you a business card." And handed me Jessica Beeley's card...for the pest control company... He did clarify that he was not Jessica. DID manage to get whatever was in my fuel receptacle unstuck. A for effort but F for marketing.
