Terrible company, pretty clearly just trying to maintain their contract with all of the apartment buildings they have them with. They give nonspecific times on showing up and incredibly constraining requirements to show up. When you have an infestation they take 3 to 6 months of once a week visits to spray minimum. Many of the staff members (not all) are incredibly rude dismissive and highly unprofessional. They don't even offer feet treatments which is widely known as one of the most effective ways to get rid of infestation of bed bugs. if I had the option I would pick any other company for pest control, as an addendum to my review looking at other negative reviews they just copy paste the same template over and over again with ever so slightly different wording so they obviously don't give a hoot about customer satisfaction

We use them for our weekly here in site and the tech we have Chris is amazing! Very detailed and takes the time for complete understanding! Great and working solutions for our community!

They are very knowledgeable, show up when they say they will and work closely with our group to make sure the bugs are eradicated. Jamie especially is a great "bug detective" and creative and diligent in making sure the right treatment is used. He's also kind, patient and a terrific educator. They stand behind their work and show great integrity with follow up. Residents were afraid to sleep in their beds a few months ago; it's so much calmer now; thank goodness and thank Pronto.

My appointment slot was from 10-11 as I have an elderly cat I can’t shut up for 8 hours and they bring a scent dog. They still aren’t here at 12:30 and I’m now late for work. They did not reply to or communicate with the office until 11:40, said it was a miscommunication and they’d be right there, according to my apartment office. They haven’t arrived yet. I tried to be understanding and tried to do everything right to comply with the situation but this is disrespectful of my time and money. I hope the next inspection goes smoother, for the sake of my JOB. Edit: They arrived at 1 and claimed no appointment had been made. I am at a loss: for words, for pay, and for patience. At least the dogs were cute.

My dog got attached to flees and before I knew it my home was invaded with them. It was a total nightmare!! Almost everyone in my home got bitten. My poor dog was miserable he cried from the many, many bites he had. He was miserable & so was I. I told my boss about my problem and he immediately called Mr. Steve and right away he sent help!! When I say they will take gooooooood care of you I absolutely mean they will!! They stuck with me until my home was flea free!! They even told me what to do about keeping the fleas out of my home and off my dog and out of my backyard. I’m forever grateful. Mr Steve and his team will take good care of your pest issues!!
