Literally just started service. Only had 1 visit. So I can only base this off of my interaction with the technician that was onsite. His knowledge and customer service was very professional, and made me feel confident in the service that will be provided.

I requested serivce for wasps removal at my property I spoke to a Daivd Dutch. I even spoke to the technician over the phone and explained where the wasps nest were. However, the problem with wasps still there like it was before. No nests were removed. I called Daivd Duth 3 times but he never replied. Just like any salesperson, he was able to collect money but vanishe after that. I wis there were Negative stars to give..... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TEHSE PEOPLE

We are extremely happy with our service. The communication is terrific, and I am always informed the day before of the time window that they will arrive. I can always express any concerns I have to the technician before they come and they take care of it right away.
