I spoke to the guy this morning and he immediately offered help and assured me that someone would come within an hour even though it is a weekend that was quite satisfying in itself as we were really terrified with the movement of mice last night. Yonesh showed up and he was very professional. We have used Quality Affordable Pest Control twice now and every time the experience has been excellent. We would easily give them a 5 out of 5 The owner Rocky is extremely thoughtful and always makes time to call us back to check how the service went and if everything was up to the mark. We are genuinely satisfied with their professionalism and the care they show each time.

Guys were great, came same day I called , the technician did inspection and explained where the animal were getting in with pictures , cuz the previous company didn’t do the job properly. Raccoon got in again. They came back after 7 days did follow up and removed the door , patch the hole. highly recommended. Very happy , and good deal as well.

Called to get service for mice and rats. This year the rodents have been out of control in Toronto, so i had contacted Quality Affordable Pest control to help. They were able to send someone out the next day! The service tech was very professional and helpful, and walked me through the process. I haven't seen any rodents since! The cost for the services was also very affordable; highly recommend this company.

Rocky is the best of the best! He called me back at 9pm to make an appointment for this week - we’ve been using his services annually and has done an excellent job helping us address our rodent issues. He’s friendly and professional and always goes above and beyond.

We had an excellent experience with this company. They called back very quickly after my initial inquiry( was expecting following day as I called in the evening but was very pleasantly surprised as they responded the same evening) they were able to come much sooner than I expected (sooner than other companies I had called) I was also anxious about the products/ methods used as I have small children. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable, kind and reassuring. The process was very quick and he also addressed a second area I discovered after I made the initial appointment.
