Ben was great! Very friendly, courteous and professional. He’s extremely knowledgeable and eager to educate us about our Yellowjacket issue. We had a lot of questions and he sure knew his stuff! He did an excellent job for us and will definitely request him for future services! Highly recommended!

Phil came for our initial consultation and to set up an ongoing plan for pest control. He called ahead and we were ble to start early and he spent thorough time for explaining things and what Rainbow would be doing for us. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, as well as accommodating to our individual schedule, needs and concerns.

Phil was pleasant and courteous when he came to spray for wasps. He took time to listen respectfully to my concerns and he explained that typically there are two different pesticides used for wasps. When I asked about possible harm to the pollinators that visit our gardens, I declined one of the applications. Again, Phil took me seriously and didn't pressure me or degrade me for my choice. For the 20 years we have used Rainbow Tree Care and its other services, we have been so appreciative of their care, knowledge, and environmental responsibility. -- L

Rudy was great. Very thorough and showed me all the trouble spots. Careful explanation of everything that needed to happen as well as showing me how to look for signs of rodents. Definitely have back to finish the job.

Can't say enough positive things about Rudy, the tech from Rainbow Pest who helped us resolve a mystery around our gas fireplace. Rudy went far above expectations and not only tackled that issue, but did a very thorough investigation of any potential entry points to the home. Ben was my Rainbow pest control tech. He came out as a call back for mouse control. Communication was great. Gave me an accurate ETA, and was thorough with his work. Ben listen to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. Rainbow offers a two year warranty on the mouse control and seal up. Highly recommend! Very much worth the cost, And their interventions are very effective.

Ben did a really good job inspecting for points of entry, he communicated well, made sure all our questions were answered and provided a very thorough proposal, making sure to lay out all our options.
