We use Raven Services for all our pest elimination (especially roaches). Here in Shreveport, having roaches in the house is unavoidable, unless you use Raven! Our tech, Ron Bradford, does a really thorough job and is very knowledgeable about how bugs get access to the home. Whenever we have Raven service our home, we know that we will have months and months of bug-free living. Truth be told, I use Raven because they are so thorough, and I don't have to call someone every month, which works well with my budget. I especially appreciate having a courteous, professional tech in my house who I wouldn't mind having as a friend or a guest. Ron is always so friendly and careful not to expose my grandkids and pets to the spray, and I feel safe and comfortable having him in the home.

After years of battling wasp problems, ants, and other pest around our house, I decided to give up on Orkin and give Raven a shot, as they came highly recommended for wasp control. Luke was able to come out, on time, and quickly eliminated my wasp problem with the first treatment. Service was quick, price was extremely fair, and communication was on point. I had a problem with ants getting into my house and after not being able to find the source I was referred to Raven Pest Elimination by a friend and I'm so glad I was. They were so courteous and friendly. I felt like they made my problem their problem. I didn't feel like I was just another job to get done by them. After letting them work for about an hour or so, they showed me exactly where the ants were coming in, sealed it and sprayed all around my house for others just in case. I have not seen one ant in my house since they left. I am so grateful to not have to worry about my child being bitten anymore.
