I called because I had some yellow jackets starting to build a nest inside my house. I’m deadly allergic so I needed someone to do it. Bigger companies were charging 3-4 times what R&B charges. So it was super cheap and he did a great job! His wife and him showed up, they were both super nice! I couldn’t see myself going to anyone else for pest or bug problems.

So immensely happy and grateful to have found R & B! Had quite the scare over the weekend, my Fiancé was mowing my lawn and ended up mowing over an open hole in the lawn and turned out to be a bees nest. Not only was my Fiancé stung but he suffered a major allergic reaction and ambulance was called and he had to stay in the hospital over the weekend through Monday. He had never had allergic reactions before to bee stings and doctor said it was one of the worst cases of anaphalactic shock that he has ever seen. Called Rich today (Tuesday) at 4pm and let him know what happened he told me he would be over at 6pm and gave me a generous price. Not only was Rich prompt but he answered all my questions sat and chatted with me for awhile he is kind, courteous and took care of the bees nest in a jiffy, also can't beat the price. R & B has definitely found a new customer in me and I will not go anywhere else for future pest control needs!

Some how we ended up with bed bugs, worst thing ever! You hear the horror stories about how bad they're to get rid of & you automatically think worst case scenario. It was honestly a very easy process thanks to Rich & his wife! They came over & 1st off I was extremely happy to see a regular vehicle without advertising because let's face it you don't want to advertise to your neighbors you have pest control stopping over! They were both so nice & I left feeling confident that they knew what they were doing & they killed it, literally! My sectional was infested & he couldn't promise me but assured me he thought they took care of the problem. I was hesitant the next couple weeks but none of us were getting bit & by week 3 I finally started getting a good night's sleep! I got up the courage to flip my sectional over last night and NOTHING except the carnage! If you have a bed bug problem or any pest issue, I definitely recommend you call R&B Pest Control. They don't over charge you, they care about getting the job done, and most importantly they get the job done! I hope I don't need a pest control company ever again but if I do, I will only call R&B!!

Rich at R & B was wonderful to deal with. Professional, friendly and SUPER prompt! I called him at 9am and he arrived to do the inspection by 11am even though he was located over 30 miles from our property. Since I was not at the property, he kept me updated on his arrival time and contacted me upon completion as well. The price for the inspection was also extremely reasonable. I would absolutely refer him to anyone looking for a professional and reliable pest control company. Thanks again for everything!
