Redcoat is a company I wish I had to deal with. BEDBUGS! I was horrified & embarrassed. My regular pest guy recommended REDCOAT. He said they were the best. They were able to come out the next day, including George, the bug-sniffing beagle. We had to leave for 4 hours. When we returned, there was no bad odor, and no more bedbugs! We are scheduled for quarterly treatments to insure we stay bug free. If you find BEDBUGS in your home, you want REDCOAT to get rid of them. They were quick, thorough, and discreet.

I have been a customer of Red Coat for many years. I use them for my pest, termite and mosquito services. We have always gotten had knowledgeable people tending to our home. That is not easy to come by. We also need to have notice when someone will be at our home which is very important to us and they do that as well. We have been very pleased with Red Coat!

We started using Red Coat after moving to a house that had a termite contract and pest control service that was expiring within 3 months of our move in date. We were impressed by the overall knowledge of Red Coat and the ability to bundle multiple services for a long term relationship. We have been using them for 3 years now and we couldn't be happier with the termite service, pest control service, and "bee-friendly" mosquito service. It is important for us to support a locally-owned company as well.

If you want your pest problem solved, DO NOT call this company. 1. They are not very responsive. My wife and I had to call and email multiple times to get a response. Many times we didn't get phone calls or responses back at all with 24 hour period. 2. We paid $300 for exterior only flea extermination. When they came out and treated our yard, the problem persisted. After two weeks, they came back out and treated our lawn again. After a month had gone by, we told them that we still had a flea problem. We had gotten rid of our dog and no animal had been in our yard for a month. Instead of insuring the problem got solved, they said they only come out twice and.we would have to pay another fee for them to come out. It's been two months since they treated our yard and we still have a flea problem. And they insists on not seeing our problem out until it's resolved. No value, only want your money, unresponsive, not gonna make sure the job gets done to satisfaction. Call Cooks pest control, they're better!
