They were amazing until 1st my normal tech left the company and the next person didnt do what was asked and expected. It was straightened out but with some pushback from the tech which didnt sit well with me. Then they called me to collect payment after i had cancelled services with them. They claim the call was to see how i liked my services. Which i told her the service was ok then the lady wanted to try and argue with me. I was going to continue my services at a later date but this phone call changed all of that.

I have been using RedRock Pest control since 2018 for peace of mind because my daughter and I hate any kind of bug! The only thing I don't like about the service is when the scheduler transfer's me to sales without my consent to try yes try to get me to pay more! but good thing I speak what's in my best interest. Service is always FANTASTIC and FRIENDLY!!!! I always recommend to family and friends.

This company charged me money after telling me my next service would be free due to past issues I had. After confronting them, they said they would issue a refund but we’re now almost 20 days since this happened and I have not received my money back. If I could give 0, I would. This company was bought and merged with another in town and ever since that happened, the service took a major hit. They would just show up with about 20 minutes’ notice even after I asked them for a few days’ notice to make sure I was able to get home from work.

Dispatchers/appt. setters on the phone are super friendly and ready to help. Tech.Derrick was awesome.He called ahead of time before arriving to our appt. Reasonable pricing for pest control treatment. Always professionally dressed. Pest control is the best investment to make. Quick, easy and economical. I have my home sprayed every 2 months religiously.
