Within an hour Terrance, branch manager, was in my home addressing the issue. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He patiently listened to all my concerns and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Every interaction I’ve ever had with them has been outstanding! It is so refreshing to be able to call a company, speak to someone who really seems to care and schedule service in such a timely manner. I am so grateful to have had Lee Miller do our annual termite inspection. Lee was very thorough, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He moved bait traps that had been hidden under pine straw. He checked all around the house, and helped me understand iffy places to watch for. Lee was very professional, respectful and cheerful. Today I was laying down in my bed when I thought that I heard something. So I got up looked out the window to see what it was and I didn't see anything. But I went to my front door and saw a Redd Pest truck just starting off. I knew that a tech was going to be spraying my house but I didn't know the time. Looking at my clock I discovered it was early morning. And the tech is spraying my house and trying to be as quiet as possible because I don't like to be awakened by service individuals early in the morning. Since signing up for Redd Pest solutions I have rarely encountered the tech who is doing bug treatment. I appreciate any service tech who comes to my house at a reasonable time and not very early in the morning. I'm a senior citizen with health issues who is slow to getting ready for the new day. I appreciate the effort being made by everybody who thinks about the time they are coming and considers the homeowner's situation.

Tre, Chris, and Lee have all been fantastic every step of the way. Simple process with the best customer service. Everything has been communicated well both in person and email follow up. We appreciate how courteous the team has been during our install visit - even rolling up a hose that we left out.
