On this post I would not want to even give a one star but I have to to get on the website. I've been doing pest control. I'm a certified operator for 30 years and I'm also done over 100 wdo inspections. This company did. My son's inspection was in and out of the house in 10 minutes. Never went up in the attic. Never did anything. Took us $150 and trying to get a hold of them because when I went up there I saw tubes subterrain tubes and now I will have a second company go out there and I will post the results what we call. This is a drive-by company. My recommendation after 30 years stay away from this company cuz you're going to get ripped off

When I saw a bug in my new apartment, I immediately worried if it was a bedbug. From the moment I called Laura I was fully taken care of. Even though I didn't have an appointment, James was at my apartment within 15 minutes. Even though he was 99% sure that it wasn't a bedbug, he did a full inspection of my apartment. To further alleviate my concerns and (paranoia), he had the bug tested at the County Department of Agriculture extension office. Spoiler Alert: It was not a bed bug. I am so grateful to have found this pest control company because they do what it takes to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Heather was super quick to respond and set up an appointment. James was able to get to the property the same day and arrived right on time! Our team was so grateful we could find a company to get out right away. We will definitely use Regional Termite in the future!

If I could give Regional Termite and Pest 10 stars I definitely would. Heather was very professional to work with and even took care of me while she was on vacation. The WDO inspection report was completed the same day as inspection. I 100% recommend working with this company.
