They tented my home for drywood termites. I thought the people I spoke with and who I met during two inspections would be the ones to do the tenting but they hired a 3rd party who I did not know. Not a major problem but I thought it strange that nobody bothered to tell me. Perhaps it was in the fine print.

Absolutely horrible service and despicable quality. I had to pay these guys three times to get a pest clearance report, they gave me a clearance and said there was no more dry rot. Another company came out after them and found a whole lot of dry rot, which they said was very visible. The other company also found beetles under the house, they told me there was no way someone could have missed the beetles if they were actually under the house doing their job. So basically I was charged three times from Reliable Termite and they weren't doing there job at all. If they did do their job, they just are extremely bad at what they do. Not to mention, they didn't give me an estimate with the initial report, it took almost a couple weeks to get that, which they tried to blame on a third party, of course. I have been in real estate a very long time, all pest companies get the report and bid back to me same day or next day at most. I have never dealt with such a horrible Pest Company, EVER! If you are in a real estate transaction, I definitely would not use this company. If you are not in a real estate transaction, I definitely would not use this company. I have dealt with numerous pest companies and have never had such a horrible experience. Unfortunately the system doesn't let me give 0 stars, which is what they truly deserve.

Would not recommend if you have nice things you would like to keep nice. Did some termite work on my house with paint for color matching. Got paint all over my new pool fence, bench seating, outdoor fireplace, and concrete. It was left that way. I called and they sent someone back to clean up the paint who left again with paint still on my things. Called again and they said they would send someone out. It’s been over two months since the work was done and the paint is still there.

When I took over my new business the building was infested with roaches. I thought it was going to take months to take care of but Mike H got it handled in no time at a Decent price. Glad I went through Reliable Termite Solutions!

Great service. No bugs and no gopher problems between visits. I would recommend Chris Bates as your tech; he takes into account your problem areas and he makes sure it's taken care of before leaving.
