Decided to give this company a try after reading lots of positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not the same. First, the tech did not show up to our house per our first appointment at 4pm. I thought they were just running late, so I waited until deciding to give them a call to check in. I was on hold until the clock hit 5pm and I had to wait until the next day to call back. When I did, the appointment coordinator was very rude. She said that the tech had the wrong address and tried to call me multiple times, but I didn't answer. I never got any phone calls or texts from any of them. My husband overheard the call as I had it on speakerphone and was surprised that I rescheduled for them to come out at the earliest possible day, which was another week out, considering her attitude towards me. Appointment went smoothly and the tech was nice. No complaints there. 2 weeks in, I started seeing spiders in the house again. They don't bother me as much, so I didn't contact them. 3 weeks in, we were seeing roaches again, so I called in for a touch-up. Setting up the appointment was easy this time as we were in their system already. Slightly disappointed at this point that roaches were returning so quickly, but that's what the 3-mo guarantee is for, I thought. Now, about 2 weeks after the touch-up, I am seeing live roaches AGAIN. Spiders were back even earlier than that. At this point, I don't trust that another touch-up will take care of this issue, as we've already given that a try. I'm sure this company has worked for many, but not for us unfortunately.

I always appreciate them having their customer At their priority and being able to deliver great best practices and advice to keep pests away. This company has delivered consistent, professional work on my property since I moved to Austin five years ago. The techs are quite honest and I honestly have never had an encounter with any live creepy crawly since I have used them. I quite appreciate the minimal approach of the techs on my interiors. Quite an excellent company.

We always go to Research when we have issues. Recently we told them we had a large animal on the roof. They identified by its remnants on the roof. Sure enough when we had the tree limbs cut back, there was the critter he told us would be the culprit staring us in the face still clinging to the tree. Ringtail cat. Cute as ever. Their pricing is always fair and we will always go back.
