I have been using this pest control company for 7 years. Before starting with them, I was seeing a lot of scorpion activity at my home. Since then, I rarely see a scorpion—and if I do, it’s already dead. I now use them for my son’s apartment as well, because the pest control service provided there has not been effective. Every technician I’ve had has been great, but most recently we’ve had Chandler, and he truly goes above and beyond. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and always takes the time to address all of my concerns. He’s excellent!

Thank God for this company! This is my first time ever aquiring a professional home exterminator. They were thorough in the explanation of packages. They were patient, kind, and sprayed inside and out so well! Joey made sure to give me reassurance on any questions I had during the spraying process. I was given advice by family to find a good exterminator that was inexpensive and didn't just spot treat. This business has the reviews because of the value and quality they strive for and it immediately shows. Dealing with pests has been made so much easier. I look forward to continuing business with them.

I called Responsible Pest Control for a scorpion problem, and they were amazing. They were able to schedule me quickly, and the technician was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the treatment process and what to expect. The results have been fantastic. So relieved to have found a company that can handle it!

Chandler is communicative, friendly, and professional. He is knowledgeable and has been helpful in answering any questions that we have had. He always let us know ahead of time when he is on the way so we can secure our dogs. We couldn’t be happier with his service!

We had a nightmare with hornets. Fired first company. Cannot tell you how good, concerned, informative, friendly they were. Knocked out 17 nests, covered house vents, and returned immediately to knock out the last nests. Thanks Brandon! The best.

I was in immediate need for pest control, we had an influx of flies in our window sills and it was gross and disheartening to us because we were having to do pest control using a recipe from the internet. Then I googled pest control companies and Responsible Pest Control was recommended. I called and the staff was friendly and helpful, and the price for the first service and the monthly contract were/are very reasonable. The following Monday morning their pest control technician, Greg, showed up and told me what he was planning to do around the outside of the house, and also Greg took a look inside the house and explained that he did not have to come inside to spray and why. He was very informative and kept me updated with what he was doing around the outside and that he would be back to collect and replace the mosquito traps. Their formula has been very effective and has no lingering scent, as well as eliminated the fly infestation. I am grateful for finding Responsible Pest Control and look forward to working with them in the future. Update 08.25.2025 Today we received the third servicing from Responsible Pest Control. The technician, Elijah, is great! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He explained what services were going to be performed, and they were finished in a very timely manner; as well as, thoroughly completed. With each service we receive a report from Responsible Pest Control from the technician informing us of their findings. And we really appreciate the reports, this has been the only pest control company that we've worked with that does this. We still highly recommend Responsible Pest Control.

Jorge did an amazing job. This was my first service and he treated the whole home and outside. He explained next steps, was friendly and knowledgeable and he even brought my trash can in when he left. So thankful and a great representative of the company!

CJ is thorough and communicates well by sending text messages to let me know when he will be arriving. He has a positive personality and is extremely professional. He also is conscience of my animals well-being making sure they are located in a appropriate space until spray is dry. Best team personnel ever!!!

First time a door to door salesman was perfectly timed! We just rented our first home, and it has been great…except the dang CRICKETS! Gavin was going door to door asking if anyone needed pest control, so we signed up and Hosea showed up the next day. The picture of professionalism and very friendly. I highly recommend Responsible Pest and Daniel as the technician. Daniel is a great service technician. His kind demeanor and polite conversation is sincerely appreciated. Thank God, we have never seen any scorpions or any other bugs. Responsible Pest has been servicing since 2019 and aside from a couple of bugs here and there, we haven't seen too many around. Daniel always texts/calls before entering the property grounds. He shared details about the product he uses and how it is eco friendly. All in all, he is a great person and Responsible Pest a great company.
