I’ve been having an ant issue at my house so I contacted RichPro Pest Management to get the help I needed. Well let me tell you that they sent out a wonderful gentleman by the name of Ian and he did a fantastic job, he took his time and explained there treatment options and there pricing, it’s nice and affordable. He even further explained what would be done and during his inspection provided photos of some of the things he saw that could be of concern. I greatly appreciated that and the fact he went out of his way and provided useful suggestions. He treated my foundation and the areas where there was activity and you could see instant results. The ants started swarming the bait areas. If you’re looking for a place that can handle your pest issue this is the place. I’ve tried others and there either to pricey or there just trying to make a sale with a product that doesn’t work. RichPro Pest Management has got to be the best out there and I look forward to continuing my business with them.

I had a fantastic experience with Ian from RichPro Pest Management! He went above and beyond during my termite inspection—not only was he thorough and professional, but he also took the time to address a few extra concerns I had around the property. Ian noticed that some of the plugs had been damaged or removed when the HOA chopped down trees, and without hesitation, he replaced them to ensure everything was sealed up properly. On top of that, he helped out with a spider issue I had been dealing with. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly takes pride in doing a complete job. It's rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about their work and the people they’re helping, but Ian is definitely one of those people.
