Not a happy customer! These guys have been out twice after bullying me into the service. They trespassed the first time after I told the sales guy they would have to come the following day if they were not at my home by the time I left! But they came anyway and entered my backyard through my closed gate. The second appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am, or so I thought, but they didn't show up till 4:30 pm after several calls and emails to try and find out what was happening. And I still have wasps or hornets or whatever. So. Just saying.

Diana is a brave young lady that did an excellent job today at my home. She was professional very knowledgeable and in my opinion a great person to have on your team. Have a great day.

Tried calling 5 different times in one day to schedule an appointment I’m paying monthly for but continuously got sent to voicemail. How is it possible that everyone is busy at all times of the day with not one person available to answer the phone? Called 3 other pest companies and they all picked up on the first ring to see if it was just me. Very unhappy with this company. Can’t even cancel the service plan because nobody answers the phone. Their super quick to call and remind you about an upcoming bill though..

This was our first pest treatment with RIDD. We’ve had 2 other pest control companies and RIDD is far and away the best! Shawn was on time, professional and thorough! He went above and beyond. He sent us a text before he arrived, when he arrived and after he finished. He explained everything he did and took photos of what he did and included a few of our caterpillars to show that they weren’t harmed. We protect our caterpillars and bees. He added a notation in our account to be careful not to harm them! He is fantastic! Thank you RIDD. We look forward to continuing our service with you!!

I wish I could do a review without having to leave one star as this business does not even deserve 1 star. I tried canceling my account on April 19th, today is September 16th, I just spent another 50 minutes with their customer service in order to cancel my services... so far there are 4 chargers for services I did not receive in the amount of $335.48., no one came in April, May, they showed up in June while we were busy with funeral services at home to give me the free service I was promised in April, and because I was not able to let them in, they forgot it was a free service and charged my card again, they charged me on the 23rd of June, July, and Agust, and they just send me a reminder they are coming for another service this Friday. I have been transfered time after time to a voicemail where I have left 13 messages asking them to close my account, and because I signed up with RIDD and there is this homeconnect accessibility Aptive representatives just continues to transfer me blindly to an answering machine. I just want retribution at this point.

I didn't get half the service I normally do. He was here 24 minutes with almost 10 minutes of sitting in the truck. My eves were not swept, I have pictures to show that, as well as he didn't granulate.
