Very respectful and courteous employees. Mindful of our outside feed areas and live that they sweep the cobwebs away! Someone has to be home because we have gates and dogs! They are always willing to accommodate our schedules! We like Andrew very much. We had a new tech today, I didn't catch his name, my husband said he did a great job!

We are always glad to see Jeremy, our service technician. He was with Othos before Rocket bought them. He takes very good care of our home and is always such a pleasure.

Resolved on 7/17/25 Regarding- account cancellation and cost of increase issues. I want to thank the owner of Rocket for the fast feedback of my problem. Also, extending my thanks to Katie and Bryce for their helping to resolve the problem. No further complaints. The technicians (Otho's and now Rocket) were always respectful and kind during all the years of service.

I am very satisfied with the service I received today! Andrew was very friendly and accommodating! He made sure that any problems I may have been having was taken care of…with a smile too. Very pleased!!

The gentleman who came out is so kind and respectful. No complaints AT ALL for him! Very nice guy! For customer service: I only would suggest, at a minimum, a week’s notice for a service as well as an expected window of time. We only had a two day notice which is very difficult for us. While we needed an inside treatment, it wasn’t possible due to our schedule.
