We have been Romex Pest Control customers for about 18 months. We have been pleased with the service that they provide and what appears to be working! The ants around our pool decking have always been a battle, and Romex guarantees their products and have provided additional treatment visits when notified, quickly and courteously. Our most recent technician, Joe Hunt, was extremely helpful in explaining the wasp and bee issue that has been an issue for many this year. He asked when contacting me prior to arriving if we have had any recent issues that needed addressing, and was very professional and thorough as he treated our exterior. He has been our technician on previous visits, and has always provided excellent service and communication. So nice to deal with positive, hard-working people in the service industry. Thank you Joe for being one of these people!

Tylor, was amazing. He did an excellent job in my front yard and in my back yard every time he comes out here to do the pest controls.. He is very polite and respectful and he is very efficient with his work.. He is very kind everytime when he comes out here letting me know when he arrives and what he will be putting around the outside of our house and what he is using chemical wise and lets me know the risk and not to let my animals out for awhile when he is done. He is even so kind to even close my backyard gate and lock it back aswell cause I’m huge and pregnant and have a hard time walking around, so he is extremely kind and thoughtful for locking everything back up for me and I enjoy that he actually conversates with me while he is here!! I love having Taylor as my pest control guy and appreciate and enjoy the services he gives.. He is excellent with his services he provides and amazing with the customer service he gives to his customers..

Jaymz was extremely friendly, informative, and very thorough with his work. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he even took a moment to talk to my kids, which meant a lot to me. It’s rare to find someone who is not only professional but genuinely kind. Joe Hunt. Did a great job. Very thorough. He care of all our special requests – an issue, my wife’s many indoor plants, he helps take care of keeps down the white flies that sometimes infects them. Joe goes above and beyond every time he comes to our house. Thanks For a great service, Romax!
