Brandon was incredible! Romney Pest control sent Superman to save the day! This man went above to help me solve a fruit fly issue that was crazy. I felt so blessed that he knew exactly what to do to solve and explain the situation. I was so thankful the phone operator was able to send Brandon to fix the problem. Most companies now days you buy a service and they don’t offer above and beyond- Romney did just that! above and Beyond! Thank you!!!!

Received our second quarterly pest service today. Was texted yesterday that our technician would arrive between 8am and 8pm. I tried to call at 8am to get a more specific time range so I could run errands today but was answered by an automated voice and left my name and number. Our technician did not call or knock when he arrived at 10am. I received a text that services had been completed. I was absolutely shocked since I was not called by the technician. Checking my cameras, he knocked once which I couldn't hear from upstairs. I checked my security cameras to see he had entered my backyard to perform services without ever speaking with me. No indoor services were provided. I am extremely upset and absolutely shocked about this from a professional company. I have called the company and hope to receive a call from management soon. Updated: Discussed with the company to rectify. They were able to come back to do inside treatments. Still frustrated that we had to set aside another time window to receive treatment since we have to ensure we are home. Also still frustrated that our premises were entered without our permission. Ultimately was told I had to request a call ahead for every treatment and that call ahead are not routinely done. Overall, the treatments are effective and we have only seen dead bugs in our home.

Romney is always consistent and shows up every month and takes care of all the pest control. They are always super friendly and we are pest free, so it works! We have used them for more than a decade and I highly recommend. Most courteous techs ever!

Several pest control services before finding Romney. Finally got good results after switching to Romney and have been with them for about 7 years now. The service tech is awesome and always goes above and beyond!

Romney’s technicians do an excellent job and they’re always punctual. They’re very professional and courteous. I’ve never had to call them back to spray between visits because they always do a thorough job. I would definitely recommend Romney if you’re looking for a pest control company.
