I worked with Jesse this past week for pest control at my rental unit. He was amazing! I will be requesting him every time. He didn’t rush through the house, but actually acted with intent of helping me get rid of the roaches/rats. He was very nice to not only me but my tenants as well- great that he speaks Spanish! Highly, highly recommend Jesse at Rose Pest!

Responsive, helpful, great expertise! I’ve called twice with an urgent need to remove a dead rodent and they came within 24 hours, once within a few hours of my call at the end of a fully scheduled day just so I didn’t have to wait until the morning. Very impressive service.

We’ve been subscribers to a regular quarterly service from Rose for years now, and I’m always so happy with the work that they do. Their technicians always arrive on time and they’re always very polite and professional — whoever handles hiring there is doing a great job. Moreover, they’ve kept all pests at bay inside and outside our property ever since we first used them to clear up a sudden ant infestation in our house several years ago. Can’t recommend them more highly!

I had a great experience with Rose Pest control. Sean was great. Professional and very knowledgeable about the process. He explained everything he saw and was doing thoroughly. I was trying to address some lower level( basement) typical bugs issue. He did not oversell, or just randomly spray , but was very deliberate and explained everything before doing. I would highly recommend Rose if you are in need of any pest control issues.

We have used Rose Pest Control for several years for our condo building. We used to have a tech that reliably completed service one Saturday a month in the summer. Since he retired, it has been less reliable. Despite having an intercom system for entry, and all of the owners' phone numbers on the account, the tech has completed outside service and left the last two times. We are never contacted for inside service, which we are paying for and which we are home for. They were helpful in rescheduling service, but we will have to see how it actually goes.

Rose Pest Solutions has a very poor business model and poor customer service. They feel that they can increase your monthly rate without any notification. My rate has increased over the last 12 months. They have no problem emailing me the monthly invoice. I would not recommend signing any type of contract with them.

I'll start by saying all of the service technicians and most of the managers were quite kind and responsive. Unfortunately, the sales rep oversold what they could accomplish. He implied that the clothing moth issue would be easily resolved and spoke of all these treatments that would be provided. However the first technician did not come with all of these products and when I tried to reach the rep he was unavailable and never returned my calls. His bosses were easy to deal with but after five months the situation has not been resolved. Don't promise something you cannot deliver. I would not recommend.
