I’ve used Rose several times and have always been happy with their service. They are thorough, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The latest visit dealt with a large bee issue. The woman was very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. She came back to follow up for remaining bees, include in one fee. I highly recommend them!

Really great customer service. Marvin is an excellent technician. He helped me get rid of a serious problem in my house. I previously worked with another service on the issue, but they were more expensive and didn’t resolve it. Five stars all around.

During the week of Sept. 1 we were informed Rose would be coming, during regular business hours, on Sept. 12 to do our quarterly pest inspection. Not knowing when Rose would come, we had to cancel because we had a photographer coming to take exterior photos of our home on that day. Rose rescheduled us for Sept. 29. Again, they would come sometime during regular business hours (7 am to 6 pm). My wife and I made sure that one of us was at home at all times to let Rose into our garage to check bait stations. At 5:45 pm no one from Rose had shown up, so I called. I was informed that they had cancelled us for the 29th and rescheduled us for the 30th. The person I talked to apologized for cancelling on the 29th without informing us of the cancellation and promised a person would be to our home between 8 am and 10 am on the 30th. This person showed up at 7:55 am and did an excellent job.
