Christian was wonderful to work with. He was kind and was willing to help out even though I was at work. When the yellow jackets were still around, he was able to come to my house quickly right after I got home from work and do an extra spray. No more yellow jackets! Thank you!

We had raccoons in the attic. Edgar was our technician and he was great!! He was super nice, polite and seemed to care about the animals, especially since I made sure they were going to be released back into our wooded property. He also returned to clean the attic of any excrements, disinfect the area and secure the entrance, so they would not return. The process went well, although it was pretty expensive, which unfortunately seems to be the norm for raccoon removal. I would definitely use them again.

tl;dr - I received customer service beyond what I expected from everyone involved in this service from start to finish. I felt my concerns were heard and felt that I was in good hands. Terrance came out about a week ago to do an initial inspection and provide a quote for service. He gave me fantastic customer service and took the time to make me feel valued as a customer and hear my concerns. Terrance set the bar high for the rest of my anticipated services. Joe reached out after utilities were marked and worked around my schedule to come out to install equipment to handle treatment of termites. Joe was kind and professional, extending the high quality customer service. He clearly explained what the plan was, the expectation of how long things may take, and gave me peace of mind that I made the right choice with Rose Pest. Once he was complete, he showed me the work he had done and explained he would be back to check on progress. May update at a later date with any relevant information.

Justus was very personable, and explained what he did and why to treat our black ant problem. He was very efficient and we haven’t seen a single ant since. Very happy with the service!
