    I also had Kev as my Tech - he was AWESOME! Professional, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, ENTHUSIASTIC, Motivated to HELP - what a "breath of fresh air" from a customer service perspective! He went into my basement "dungeon" like a Warrior ... Love the results! Also LOVED the customer service on the front end. I live in Worcester and called the local, family owned company first ... and waited 3 days ... no call back. I called Rove, was instantly on the phone with a "real person" who explained the plans - all very reasonably priced, signed me up, and had me serviced 2 days later. I am a business owner myself of 30+ years and struggle daily with my own vendors for the most simple things. Rove - Well done! So rare to find such a company. Thank you. What you do is so important! You just gave me my home back! Thanks again to Kev - he ROCKS!

    Rove Pest Control was fantastic from start to finish! Alex came out for a site visit right away and took the time to explain everything in detail. He was professional, informative, and made the process very clear. I received the quote shortly after, and scheduling the service was quick and easy. Kev, the “pest nerd,” reached out to let me know when he was on his way and kept me updated on his progress throughout—without me needing to be there, which was a huge help with my busy schedule. He followed up after the job was done and sent over a full report. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free, and the level of service was top-notch. Thanks to the Rove team, my back deck is now pest-free and ready to enjoy with my kids for cookouts and hangouts. Highly recommend!

    After signing up in the first time, the technician came I was very skeptical, but after them coming back out, the technician Josh was excellent. He went above and beyond to explain things in detail and took his time. I am now very satisfied and hope that I get continued service like I did today.

    Amanda and Jonathan are amazing professionals. This is my first time using Rove/Greenix. So very happy they were referred to me and I will certainly be doing the same if anyone asks me for a pest control service. Thank you!

    Josh did an incredible job on our home. We had a nasty wasp problem and this was easily taken care of. He was great to work with, very personable, and took his time treating our house. We would highly recommend him.

    We had an awesome experience with our pest control technician, Kev! From the moment he arrived, he was super friendly and professional. He even brought a milk bone for our golden retriever! Kev was incredibly thorough, answered all of our questions with patience, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I learned so much during the visit, and he even got started on the treatment right away during the initial inspection. It’s clear he really cares about doing a great job. Highly recommend!

    Update: My service was scheduled for today, between 12-2 per the email that I received from Geenix. Changing this review from 3 stars to 1 due to no one showing up at all today despite confirmation of the appointment yesterday. This is really sad since Rove used to be amazing prior to the acquisition. I am now searching for a new provider for my quarterly treatments and other needs. I would recommend others avoid this company now given my experience making this appointment paired with the no-show today. This is unfortunate to write because Rove has been AMAZING since 2017 for us however recently they were acquired by Greenix and the experience has not been the greatest for my initial outreach to them. Rove was very easy and quick to work with! We have the quarterly plan and have had them out a few times in between treatments as needed. I just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to schedule service, about 4 minutes was with the first rep then had to be transferred to a second representative. I was told services in between the quarterly services are still included however must be scheduled 14 days after the quarterly service date. This never was an issue with Rove. I was put on hold while the representative got permission to schedule, that never happened with Rove. I was told the day, not offered multiple days or asked best day, which also never happened with Rove. Unfortunately this first experience with the call center was not great or what I had experienced with Rove. I hope the service is better.

    We purchased the mini-splits for heat and AC for just over $50K and they installed them but then they stopped working after 8 months. We emailed the service people and the installer. We couldn't get anyone to come out for weeks. Then we finally got someone who said it was a fluke thing and fixed it. Again about 4 and a half months later, they stopped working again. At this point, it had been over the year and charged us $149 to come out. The whole experience of calling and emailing over and over again has been awful and super frustrating. We feel like we have no recourse and now once again, under 2 years, our mini-splits aren't working again. We are dreading what is to come in terms of getting our mini-splits working properly. We know they told us it was a fluke but it's pretty quickly becoming the norm. :-(

    I was very satisfied with the today’s service. The pest control specialist, was really polite, helpful and knowledgeable and after the initial successful treatment 3 months ago, he inspected carefully all outside areas and replaced the chemicals in the 4 outside stations and in one small inside the family room area. He also sprayed with special mild chemicals all around outside our house. Awesome service!

    Today we got our quarterly pest inspection from Josh and he was so awesome! He thoroughly inspected our house, listened to every question and concern I had, and went above and beyond on addressing any issues I was concerned about. I felt super comfortable with his approach and feel much more at ease. Overall wonderful experience with Josh! :)
