Exceptional team!! Rowland has the best service in the business and communicate really well. Everyone I’ve spoken to at the company including the owner are always super polite and they always go above and beyond to help. The techs that come out are super knowledgeable and very generous with their time and explaining things to you. They also can text you which makes communication even easier. Shout out to Amanda at the office and Conrad and Juan the technicians that always help!

Today was my initial service and Brandon came to my home. He was very respectful and answered all my questions. He even crawled up in my attic in this hot weather to put bait out to get rid of ants. So I hired this company because they are "family owned" and it's been bad since beginning, first time they were scheduled to come, cancelled morning of, told me service tech had family emergency, had to reschedule, had service done and still have bugs, it's been two weeks. Called and AGAIN rescheduled and they set up a follow up, and AGAIN cancelled morning of appointment. I was text and told they would be in touch SOON RESCEDULE, that was several days ago!! Unreliable, and they wanted a review! Here it is !

EDIT!!! September 12, 2025 Unreal. After waiting over a week, AND HAVING A SERVICE CONTRACT!!! They want to charge MORE MONEY! Luckily we already got rid of these people and have moved on!!! EDIT!!! September 10, 2025 STILL NO HELP!!! When you read this the reviews here, read the 1-star first!!!! MANY of the other reviews are FAKE!!! EDIT!!! September 3, 2025 WARNING!!! Totally forget what you read here!! VERY hard to reach on phone when you need them. When you do get someone on the phone, you get the runaround. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SALES PITCH!!! WITH a contract you can expect to wait nearly a week for any “tech” to come to you. Really disappointed, I thought maybe I had found a pest. Company that was honest and ethical. To make it worse, bait hadn’t been checked. And they didn’t check the roof for any breach. Simple. They do not do what they say. ——- I can tell you that I have dealt with other pest control companies and they ALL played games that made my blood boil. So far, Rowland has been A+, and honest. NO games, and they do what they say they are going to do. Hopefully our relationship is a long one!

Love working with Rowland pest management. They come out quarterly or more often if needed. They anticipate the treatment we need before I ask. Worth the price. Also pet friendly.

I’ve been a customer for over a year and am so happy with my service from Rowland. Their technician goes above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I’ve used many services before and they don’t come near to the quality service provided by Rowland. I receive a text message before arrival and receive a receipt with all of the work that was completed and any recommendations they see fit.

If I could leave negative stars I would. If you are looking for an honest and reliable pest company DO NOT hire Rowland Pest Management! My saga started a year ago and I did my best to be patient and understanding through the process as they charged me for services they never fallowed through with. It was a constant smoke in mirrors situation. Their own employees spoke openly regarding the lack of integrity and dishonest work Rowland provides for its customers. My experience was absolutely not a positive one and I do not believe I am the only past customer to feel this way.

Want to thank Todd S. for bringing his positive energy today when servicing our home. He knocked on the door to let us know he arrived and listened to our concern for the areas that needed to be addressed and quickly got to work. He did a thorough quarterly service for us. We are happy to be on his service route.

Our tech was here today. My husband works from home and was on the phone on the patio, while the tech was working out there. Rob wanted me to express how impressed he was with the thoroughness of his work. I was even reminded me to keep our dog inside for the hour following his treatment. Kudos to him and Rowland!

Rowland has got rid of squirrels in the attic at a lowest price and a better services than local competitor. The technicians as well as the office staffers are the most courteous and accommodating. We will definitely resort to Rowland again if called for.
