I signed up with Salia Pest Company thinking I was getting pest control, but instead I got trapped in a high-pressure sales nightmare. When I tried to cancel, it took two phone calls and about 45 minutes. I must have said “I want to cancel” 20 or 30 times, and every single time they tried to talk me into staying. They made it incredibly difficult to end service, which tells you everything about how they operate. I got pest control, but they were the real pests. I’m just glad I finally exterminated them.

Isaiah was my service provider and did an outstanding job! From contacting me beforehand, to let me know when he would arrive; to finishing and letting me know when I could return to my apartment. I am elderly and on oxygen, Isaiah helped me get set up outside with my concentrator; then returned me there. Excellent customer skills. Oh... And the Bed Bugs are gone too!

Sam was very respectable and professional. Easy to talk to and he listened to my concerns. Did a perfect job during my schedule services. Went above and beyond to spray inside my home since I had seen some spiders recently along with applying the mosquito repellents. Thank you Sam!!

Was very knowledgeable and quick to respond with any questions I had. When speaking with Ridge, you could tell he believed in his company’s product and service they provide. Very happy with my experience. Isaiah showed up to complete the service and was also very professional and respectful. My family could not be more happy with our experience.

Cannot say thank you enough to Chris! He was able to get out to my place very quickly as we had yellow jacket nest in the basement wall. He quickly identified where the nest was and within 15 mins had them cleared out of the wall with minimal invasion. Would highly recommend Saela and Chris!

We had Saela come by to inspect our home to see how bad our mouse problem is. From the time Chris arrived to the time he left he was very thorough, detailed and kind. He explained everything we needed to know and got all of our questions answered. In our case we unfortunately have a mice problem (nobody wants to hear this) but Chris knowing we have an infant and another baby on the way did everything he could do to help us figure out the next steps in treatment. He also helped explain what we needed to do in order to keep our infant safe. I look forward to having them come back and do the work we discussed so we can eliminate the mice issue.

This is the biggest scam going. Not only do they sign you up for 18 months but you cannot cancel the agreement. BTW good look "catching" someone working around your home on the day of the visit. We noticed 0 reduction in wasps, bees, spiders etc. This is in 2 locations. I think they spray water around the foundation and charge you. Their cancellation process is as difficult as it can be. It requires you to call multiple times and confront multiple people in order to cancel. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
