We recently came back to Saela after trying another company out for a year, and I’m glad we’re back! Coty welcomed us back and reminded us that we were with them for 3 years before we wandered off (lol). He has always been efficiently thorough and very polite, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond! I’d recommend Saela over others any day!!

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!!!! Read the fine print. I signed up for the package but had to cancel after the first service. They showed up even after I cancelled... talked to the tech who came to my house and told him I cancelled this service. He got on the phone, called the office and came back to tell me the service was already paid for so he would like to proceed. So I said, okay since it was already paid, but please make sure this service is cancelled going forward. Long story short, it was not paid so they are now billing me for a service I did not want AND they are not trying to charge me an EARLY TERMINATION FEE OF $160!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!! DO NOT USE THEM, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH NO CONTRACTS AND NO EARLY TERMINATION FEE. CROOKS IS WHAT THEY ARE!!!!!

Contacted Saela when I had an issue with wasps. I was impressed with their work and guarantee. Kyron has been servicing our home for the past 6 months. Very professional and timely. Takes care of whatever we ask for. Solid customer service!

Kyron stays on top of it. I receive a text message with pics of issues on the property and a detailed explanation of services performed. Solid interactions with Kyron whej I've had to discuss services with him.
