A few months ago we moved into a new house in Kernersville and was approached by a sells guy for Sage. My wife spoke to him and he said one time fee for a years worth of pest control. Sounded like good deal and sells person said they were making a great deal cause the entire neighbor was just built and they were running a special. Fast forward til today and now I am locked in for 12 month at $89 MONTHLY. My wife called and spoke to the lady at the main office and the lady said we can not cancel the contract. BEWARE the sells guys will SCAM you into a contract.

I would not recommend this company. After reviewing my camera footage, I was very disappointed with the service. The technician arrived at 4:48 pm, rang the doorbell once at 4:49 pm, and then returned to his truck without making any further attempts. He sat in his vehicle until 5:01 pm before walking back to leave a “missed visit” note. There was no call or text to let me know he was on the way, and only one attempt was made to reach me at the door. I had specifically declined an earlier appointment time because the later slot was one of the main reasons I chose this company, yet the technician still made very little effort to complete the visit. Overall, it felt like the job was rushed at the end of the day rather than handled with professionalism and care.

04/2025 Update - Still GREAT! Sage hasn't missed a beat over the past 2+ years. Their crew is always thorough when they come out. The tech's have all been knowledgeable, informative, polite and respectful. We've had 1 troublemaking critter instance since Sage started and they came right out, re-baited and all was quiet again with a couple days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 😁😁 01/2023 - GREAT Service! We initially contacted Sage Pest Control to help us 'handle' some critters we started hearing under the house. During the initial call which was actually answered by a LIVE PERSON named Hunter, I was informed of their range of service offerings (not pressured at all...for real) so decided to sign up for an annual contract. Hunter laid out the plan and pricing and we were on the books and scheduled for service the next day. The prices are more than reasonable. Their service tech Harley arrived on time, armed to the teeth to handle anything we needed handling here. Harley was GREAT to deal with, very knowledgeable and comfortable to be around so we had no qualms at all having him 'taking care of business' at our home. Another Service Tech named Yuri came out a couple of weeks later for a follow up/check in and once again, another Great Knowledgeable Guy to deal with. Thank You Sage Pest Control!

My family's experience with Sage has been fantastic. They've been taking care of our home for over three years, and their level of service has always been great, with a quick response to any issues that have arisen. Today's service was exceptional. The technician today was next level. My son and I were home today when Harley arrived. He was friendly and professional, taking the time to watch out for my inquisitive son, and explain to him what he was doing. Almost felt like my son was on a field trip. Thank you for the outstanding service!
