Technician called day before to schedule visit for 1pm today, at 2:45 he was a no call no show. At about 2:47 I went to the basement to shut off lights and close doors returned upstairs to make coffee, looked out the kitchen window, saw the service truck in the driveway then saw him walk back from the west side of house and go to the back. He returned a few minutes later to the truck closed the back hatch, got into the cab, set for a few minutes then left. Very disappointed, he never knocked or rang the bell. The inside of my house was not serviced. None of the bait traps were changed no application of pest control used. Had wondered about bills for some of my supposed past service calls but this has confirmed my disappointment. He was gone by 3. The last service call was 119.00 and that was the service I had signed up for can't wait to see what the bill will be for this. Absolutely loved my first technician always called and met his ETA plus or minus 10 or 15 minutes and called to let us know if he was going to be late, a true professional. Have no idea what service this tech performed, the wind has been blowing all day so hard he couldn't spray and the outside bait traps are mine and serviced by me.

EDIT We were extremely pleased with the service until Jason stopped working there. Since he has been gone we have not been on a regular rotation as before and we have been having to handle our own pest control. Schendel Pest Services is one of the best we have had. Our technician Jason answers any time I text or call and comes to solve the issue immediately. We recently moved into an old farm house and we had so many spiders. I have not seen any since Jason sprayed! We are so happy with the service we have received.

While the technician is very friendly and knowledgeable, it is such a hassle to get the follow up appointments scheduled. Each time they visit I get a report but then often hear nothing for weeks at a time. We haven't eliminated the problem yet and I usually have to call to get on the calendar just for an update on the next step. I spoke to a service manager about it but unfortunately he was a little rude and rushed me off the phone. It's been a few months now and I still deal with the scheduling issue. As expensive as it is, I expected better customer service.

Purchased termite and bug treatment year and half ago. No follow up on bait stations at a year or after. Last trip $257.00 and was here less than 15 mins. "Rang door bell/knocked on door" but didn't call. Sorry I was in back room, couldn't call again? You called 4 times in 5 days to get in by end of month so you could get paid and I made myself available to your schedule and than didn't even call once you arrived after I told you I wanted the inside treated. GPS tracker must showed he was here and that was good enough. We purchased this service cause we have a young child and didn't want any spiders or bugs in the home so I am a little more mad than normal about it.
