Scout Pest Control is great to work with. We had issues with wasps last march when we first moved to AL to a rental house. We called Scout, their office staff are very kind and responsive. Their technicians go the extra mile. We recently purchased a home where there was another up to date termite bond and service on the home by another company. We deciced to use Scout instead of continuing service with the other company, due to Scout's exceptional service. They provided us with a termite inspection and regular contiued service. James was professional, knowledgeable, personal and handled our needs efficiently.

Very kind and respectful. Also very thorough and honest. I really appreciate the service and answering all my questions.
