I would never recommend this service to anyone. I initially was excited to sign up to help manage our lawn after hearing positive things. The person who set up the service falsely claimed to be the point person for any issues I had. I paid the initial start up and reached out constantly since the weed treatment they allegedly did didn’t solve the problem and never got a response. I called the home office here in Yakima and they apologized and explained I’m supposed to talk to them to alleviate any concerns. I didn’t appreciate being led on and they passed my complaint onto the sales rep and the manager. I explained I didn’t want to speak to the rep anymore because at that point trust was lost and said I wanted to cancel service. The person I spoke to had my card removed from file so that I wasn’t charged further and passed along my message of discontent onto upper management. The person who then reached back out again apologized and said he’d personally come spray and acknowledged that there are issues at times with communication and he wished he new sooner to save prospective business for which I thanked him for. I then get harassed by a company rep asking for more money and I explained how I was told multiple times I didnt need to give anymore and in fact was suggested my an employee to remove my card so that i wasn’t charged anymore. I asked to pass the message to upper management again so that we could discuss. Not only did that not happen I get a bill from collections saying I had to pay the bill, which I did, or face penalty to our credit. To me this representative to shady business practices and as said initially would never recommend them to anyone and will actively convince people to leave and tell them the story of how I was lied and taken advantage of.

Ryan always gives great advice and is very helpful when making decisions. He even reminded me about the seed warranty when I had forgotten. I love working with this company. The prices are reasonable.
