I love the service. This is my second year and I rarely see a bug or spider in the house anymore; and there used to be many in the year's prior. They are always polite when I see them, but since I'm rarely home during the day, they are great about informing me when they are coming and what they've done. I haven't needed it because the bugs are gone, but I hear they come back between regular services upon request. Highly recommend.

This spring we had a big wasp/hornet infestation which kept us from enjoying our yard. Our own remedies did not make a difference. Then Serve Pest Control came to our home and said they could take care that so we signed up and they were correct. Their treatments have eradicated our wasp/hornet problem. Their office staff responds efficiently to any questions or problems we have had. The service guys who have treated the perimeter of our house and yard are friendly and helpful. So far, we are pleased with their service and would recommend them.

Serve does a really good job. We had our first treatment 3 months ago, and haven’t seen any pests at all. The technician who came and did our second treatment was super polite and really went above and beyond, brushing our eaves for spider webs and taking the time to spray outdoors thoroughly. Much better than our previous pest control company, who seemed like they were done in about five minutes. Serve is highly recommended!
