Dylan is amazing, so knowledgeable, efficient AND he actually cares! We needed someone to take care of an issue fast, we thought the chances of getting help would be days or weeks, we called and Dylan was there within a couple hours! He was busy but he came back out later that day (after 5) just to do and complete the job for us!! Outstanding customer service, he went above and beyond! Dylan is an amazing, sweet, and kindest person! I found out late Thursday evening my elderly aunt had a hornets nest in a tree at the end of her driveway. Living in Missouri, the only way to help my aunt was to find someone to remove it for her. When I called Dylan Friday, he told me he would take care of it with no hesitations!
